Resetting your PTCL router to Default/Factory Setting.
sometimes for Troubleshooting your network problems you have to reset your router to defaultwatch this video for more help 20 sec video. :)

step 1. open your browser type 192.168.1.1 for chargi routers 192.168.10.1
Step 2. type username "admin" and password from back of your router.
Step 3 . Go to Management then , and from menu go to Setting.
step 4. Hit restore to defaults and wait for two minuts.
Note : After rebooting open your router and enter username and password
user name is given you by PTCL and password is by default (ptcl)
